Children and Families on Sundays
We run a great programme for children of all ages during our 10.30am service at Warwick Road (apart from occasional 'All Age' services where we all stay together for the whole time.)
All of our group leaders have been safely recruited; which includes DBS checks, a declaration form and references.
Crèche (Babies and toddlers)
Sparklight : consisting of Sparklers (Reception to Year 2) and Spotlight (Year 3 to Year 6)
Laser (Year 7 to Year 11)
Children stay with their parent(s) or responsible adults at the start of the service. We include them as much as we can because we really value worshipping God all together as a church family!
All the groups meet in the hall building, which is found at the end of the path beside the main church building. When the start time for the groups is announced, please accompany your children down to the hall building. Creche meet in the room on the right, the other groups meet in the main hall.
The children’s group activities vary depending on age but they always include a friendly welcome, bible stories, age-appropriate teaching, and prayer, and will also often involve music, craft, drama, fun games, and/or free play. If your children are in Crèche or Sparklight (Reception - Year 6) you'll be asked to pick them up from the hall later. Those in Laser return to the main service with their group leaders.
