COVID-19 Period Updates

coronavirus-church

Due to the COVID-19 crisis we have had to close all our church buildings, including the church office, until further notice. However, we want to assure you that this is not a pause to the church’s common life, mission, and worship. The Lord remains perfectly present to us and we, as a church family, continue to be united in the unbreakable bond of Christ.

As lockdown restrictions begin to ease, we are posting regular updates in Latest News. In short, as it stands, our building will remain closed until at least September.
As we start to meet again in person from September, the Sunday service model we are aiming for initially is to continue with Zoom meetings at 10.30am with the whole church family in attendance (as usual). Then, on that same afternoon (4pm) we will hold a short service of ‘Evening Prayer’ at the Warwick Road site.  Please see here for further information.

Sundays

On Sundays we have moved our morning service online using Zoom. You can join using a mobile, tablet, computer, or even a landline telephone. For details and help with accessing our Zoom service please email curate@stpaulsbanbury.org.uk.

Children

We are running various sessions online for pre-schoolers, children, and youth during the week. Please contact children@stpaulsbanbury.org.uk to find out more. We have also put together a huge collection of resources for children and families to use during this time here.

Midweek Groups/Grow Groups

We have groups meeting online each week to pray, read the Bible together, and encourage one another. If you would like to join a grow group please contact Mike Moir.

As well as joining together on a Sunday and mid-week, we encourage church members to stay in touch via phone, text, Zoom, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Any church members, or indeed anyone, in particular difficulty, can contact us via the form below. We will see what we can do to help.
